Cancellation Policy

This document outlines the Replacement, Returns and Cancellation Policy that will apply to you (“You” or “Your” or “User”) as the user of the mobile application Mits Kart and/or the website https://www.mitskart.com (“Website”). These two entities collectively are referred to as the “Platform” and are owned and operated by Mits Kart Ecommerce Ventures Private Limited (“We” or “Us” or “Company”), a business that The Conditions of Use, which are published on the Internet, should be read in conjunction with this Replacement, Returns and Cancellation Policy, as revised from time to time.

What is the general policy for returns?

Within 15 calendar days after receiving the product, you have the opportunity to request a refund or replacement under our replacement, returns, and cancellation policy. For a successful return or replacement pick-up, please preserve the Product in its original condition, including the brand outer box, MRP tags still intact, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in the manufacturer packing.

Just the following conditions may determine whether a product is returnable:

  • The product was not harmed while it was in your possession.
  • The Product is the same as what was sent to you.
  • If the product is returned in its entirety, including the product’s outer box, any attached MRP tags, the user manual, warranty cards, and any original accessories

What should I do if I get a defective, damaged, or broken product?

If you receive a damaged, inaccurate, or expired Product, you may option to have it replaced or file a return request. After delivery, you have 48 hours to let us know. Below are the details for contacting us. Please be aware that under certain circumstances the standard 15-day policy will not be applicable.

What should I do if some of the products in my order are missing?

Within 48 business hours of receiving the incomplete Order, you must contact us if any Goods are missing from your Order. Below are the details for contacting us.

What plans are there for the pickup?

Within 3-7 working days after we have received the return/replacement request, a pick-up will be arranged. Two efforts will be made by our delivery partner to pick up the product(s). The request for the return or replacement of the item will be deemed successful on our end if it is not picked up on the second try. If you are still qualified in that circumstance, you can submit a new request for a return or replacement. 

Please get in touch with us for further information. As stated above, please keep the package prepared and make sure to return all the things for which the request was made. If you don’t, you might not have the option of a return or replacement in the future; this is entirely at the discretion of the company.

What are the refund options?

You must get your refund on the same account or wallet from which you made the payment within 7 business days of the refund being confirmed for payments made by credit card, debit card, or net banking. Nevertheless, depending on your individual bank’s timetables, it can take an extra two to three working days for the money to appear in your account. Please take note that refunds cannot be applied to accounts owned by other parties. The name you supplied when registering for an account should match the name of the person holding the bank account. For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will start a bank transfer to the bank account you provided when you emailed mitskart@gmail.com.

Cancellation:
Order cancellation by us: 

The Company may be forced to cancel some orders because it is unable to accept them. 

The following are a few factors that could cause your order to be cancelled:

(1) The Product being unavailable; 

(2) The quantity ordered being unavailable; or

 (3) Any other reason the Company deems appropriate.

When will I receive my purchase cancellation refund?

After receipt of the cancellation request for an order, we will complete the refund within 7 business days. If you make a payment with a credit card, debit card, or net banking, you will receive your refund on the same account. Nevertheless, depending on your individual bank’s timetables, it can take an extra two to three working days for the money to appear in your account.

DELIVERY

Once your order has been processed, our reliable delivery partner will start the dispatch of your products through courier, postal service, or any other mode of transportation considered appropriate. Up to 3 [three] efforts may be made by our delivery partners to deliver the Goods.If the premises are locked or if the nominated recipients are not available, it will be treated as undeliverable and the courier will initiate the return of Products to the Company. In case of such multiple delivery failures, we will consider the Order cancelled.
